Birthdaversary!

My husband and I’s birthdays are close together, just under two weeks apart. So when we were trying to pick a wedding date, we decided to throw it in between them. A birthday-anniversary sandwich, if you will. We figured it was the perfect way to make sure that we took at least one amazing vacation every year. It was a great idea, but life happened. Between work, projects, school, and everything else, while we have always had fabulous and special anniversaries, this is the first year that we planned a trip for it. And it was amazing! Two days camping in the breathtaking Sequoia National Forrest, followed by two days in Tahoe Donner in a beautiful private cabin we found through airbnb. It was a perfectly incredible trip, made even more special by our sweet new furry family member a rescue from the Burbank Animal Shelter! All of which was exceptional and many of the memories too cherished to share, no offense to ya’ll. I have however, picked several cool pictures to share, and I hope that you enjoy!
